How a paralegal can work greener.

In my field of work that Im studing for there are alot of ways I or any paralegal can make a difference in the legal world.

1. Instead of printing everything on paper, use emails or just print what is needed so we dont waste trees. Saving paper help save trees which in the long run will make a huge difference.

2. Turn the power off on the monitor when not in use. Now this is a big one due to the fact that being a paralegal means you are always on the go, whether its running to the courthouse to registry a claim for your client or gathering information for your case, either way we should make a point of turning our monitor off before we leave the office.

3. Driving less.. Now here is another biggie. As we are running all over the city, we should plan our trips and times better so we can use less gas. Taking the bus or walking is a good way to start.
